PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what Glaze ("we", "us") stores when you use the Glaze website, why, and who helps us run it. We keep as little as we can. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number, and we do not store them.

Glaze is a launchpad interface for pump.fun on Solana. Much of what happens on it, such as trades and coin launches, is recorded on the public Solana blockchain, which nobody can change or delete. This policy also applies the principles of the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Audience

This policy applies to you if you:

  • visit our website; or
  • connect a wallet and use our services.

What we store

  • wallet address (your public Solana address) when you connect your wallet and sign in;
  • sign in sessions: a record of each session (a hash of your session cookie, never the cookie itself), when it started and ends, your browser's user agent and a hash of your IP address;
  • launches: the coins you launch (name, ticker, description, image and social links), your launch payment and its transaction, and the launch status;
  • comments: the messages you post in a coin's chat, with your wallet address;
  • favorites and settings: the coins you mark as favorites, the username you choose (if any) and your trading settings;
  • referral code: the referral link name you create, and which wallets joined through it;
  • game and payout records: your tickets, the games you play and their results, your points and league, and every reward or payout with its status (PENDING or PAID) and transaction;
  • rate limit records: short lived counters derived from your IP address (as a hash), used only to stop abuse; and
  • public blockchain data about Glaze coins, such as trades, holders and balances, which we read from Solana.

What we do not store

We do not store your name, email address, phone number, postal address, card or bank details, private keys or seed phrases. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

What is public

Your wallet address, the coins you launch, your chat messages, your username and your trades are shown on the website, and trades and launches are also public on the Solana blockchain and on pump.fun. We cannot remove anything from the blockchain or from pump.fun.

Why we use it

We use this data only to:

  • run the website: sign you in, launch your coins, and show coins, charts, chats and your settings;
  • count tickets, points, referral earnings and creator bonuses, and send payouts;
  • keep the website safe and stop abuse, such as spam, wash trading and reward farming; and
  • meet legal duties and handle claims.

The legal grounds are running the service you ask for, our legitimate interest in keeping it safe and fair, and legal duties.

Who helps us

These providers process data for us, only to run the website:

  • Supabase: our database and file storage (coin images and metadata);
  • Vercel: hosts the website. Its servers receive your IP address and request details to deliver pages;
  • Helius: our connection to the Solana blockchain. Your browser reaches Solana through our server, not directly; and
  • PumpPortal: creates coins and builds trades on pump.fun. It receives the details of the coin or the trade.

When you open the wallet window, your browser loads a font from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Your wallet app (such as Phantom) is run by its own provider under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • sign in sessions end after 7 days;
  • rate limit records are kept only for a short time;
  • launch, trade, reward and payout records are kept while Glaze runs, because fees and payouts are counted from them; and
  • comments, favorites, settings and your referral code are kept until you ask us to delete them or we remove them.

Security

Only our server reads and writes our database. Session cookies are random, cannot be read by scripts on the page, and are stored only as a hash. IP addresses are stored only as hashes. No method is perfectly safe, but we work to protect what we hold.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • see the data we hold about your wallet;
  • correct it;
  • have it deleted, such as your username, comments, favorites, settings and referral code;
  • limit or object to how we use it; and
  • get a copy of it.

We may keep records we need for payouts, fees, abuse prevention and legal claims. We cannot change data on the blockchain.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Glaze is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly store data about children.

Cookies

Our Cookies Policy lists every cookie and browser storage item we use.

Changes

We may change this policy. We post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
