1 Acceptance of These Terms
Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. They govern your use of the Glaze website and its services (together, the "Interface"), run by Glaze ("Glaze," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Interface you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.
BY USING THE INTERFACE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD AND THAT YOU ARE NOT A RESTRICTED PERSON AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 3.
Changes. We may change these Terms at any time. We post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If you keep using the Interface after a change, you accept the new Terms.
2 What Glaze Is
Glaze is an interface for launching and trading memecoins on pump.fun, on the Solana blockchain. Glaze does not run pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal or Solana. A coin launched through Glaze is a normal pump.fun coin.
2.1 Launching. Glaze creates every coin through PumpPortal with its own launch wallet. The launch wallet is each coin's creator on chain, so pump.fun pays the creator fees of every Glaze coin to Glaze. On the Interface, your wallet is shown as the coin's launcher.
2.2 Launch fee. A launch costs 0.05 SOL, paid from your wallet to the Glaze launch wallet in one payment. Glaze pays pump.fun's cost of creating the coin (about 0.02 SOL). The fee is not refunded once your coin is live. If you paid and the coin could not be created, your payment is put on a refund list and sent back to your wallet by hand.
2.3 First buy. You may choose to buy your own coin right after it is created. That buy is a normal trade at the curve price, signed in your own wallet. Nothing is reserved for you.
2.4 Trading. You sign every buy and sell in your own wallet. Trades are made against the pump.fun bonding curve or, after graduation, the PumpSwap pool. Glaze cannot reverse a transaction and cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address.
2.5 No custody. Glaze never holds your funds, your private keys or your seed phrase, and will never ask for them.
3 Who May Use the Interface
You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:
3.1 You are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms.
3.2 You are not a resident, national or agent of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, or the Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia or Kherson regions, or of any other place under sanctions of the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, and you are not on any sanctions list (a "Restricted Person").
3.3 Using the Interface, trading memecoins and taking part in the rewards game are allowed where you live. You are responsible for checking this and for following the laws that apply to you.
4 Privacy Policy
Please read our Privacy Policy. It explains what we store when you use the Interface and why.
5 Risks
5.1 Memecoins are highly speculative. Their price can fall to zero and most memecoins lose most of their value. Only use money you can afford to lose.
5.2 Coins on Glaze are made by users. Glaze does not check, approve or vouch for any coin, its launcher or its description.
5.3 Nothing on the Interface, including these Terms and the docs, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
5.4 Blockchain transactions are final. Network fees and pump.fun's own fees apply. pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal, Solana and your wallet can fail, change or stop, and we have no control over them.
6 Rewards Game, Tickets and Points
Glaze runs a rewards program funded by the creator fees it collects. Trading Glaze coins earns tickets. You can play tickets in the rewards game or redeem them directly at the rate shown on the Interface. Please read the terms below carefully.
(a) Game of chance. The rewards game is a game of chance. The result of every game is random. You can win less than the value of the tickets you play, or nothing.
(b) Age and place. The rewards game is for people aged 18 or older only. It is not offered where games of chance or such rewards are not allowed. Do not take part if they are not allowed where you are. We may block access from any place at any time.
(c) Payouts. Prizes, redeemed tickets and other rewards are paid in SOL. Every reward is first recorded as PENDING. The Glaze team sends it by hand, then it is marked PAID. There is no fixed payout time. We may hold or refuse a payout if we suspect abuse, such as wash trading or using many wallets to farm rewards, or any breach of these Terms.
(d) Changes. The rules, ticket values, pay table, pools, minimums and payouts may change, pause or stop at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee any reward amount, any payout time, or that the program will continue.
(e) Points. Points are a score for activity on the Interface. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed, and are not a promise of any token, airdrop or payment. We may change or reset points at any time.
(f) Errors. If a reward is recorded because of an error, a bug or a technical failure, we may correct or cancel it.
7 Referral Program
You may share your own referral link (a Referral Link). A user whose first visit to the Interface comes through your Referral Link is a Referred User. You can earn 20% of the creator fees that your Referred Users' trades produce, paid from the referral pool under the payout terms in Section 6. Users who visited the Interface before, your own wallets, and referrals we reasonably believe are fake do not count. We may change or end the referral program at any time.
8 Creator Bonus and Creator Fees
When a coin you launched on Glaze graduates from the pump.fun curve to PumpSwap, you can receive a creator bonus of 2 SOL and 69 points, paid under the payout terms in Section 6. The creator fees of coins launched on Glaze go to Glaze, not to the launcher.
9 Your Content
9.1 Your responsibility. You are responsible for everything you post: coin names, tickers, images, descriptions, links and chat messages ("User Content"). Do not post anything illegal, hateful or infringing, anything that sexualises minors, or anything that pretends to be someone else, and do not use coins to scam people.
9.2 Permission to show it. You keep your rights in your User Content. You allow Glaze to store, copy and show it to run the Interface.
9.3 Removal. We may hide any coin, image or message on the Interface at any time. A coin's name, ticker and metadata are also stored on the blockchain and on pump.fun, where Glaze cannot remove them.
10 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
10.1 break any law, including laws against market manipulation such as wash trading and spoofing;
10.2 use bots, scripts, many wallets or any other trick to farm tickets, points, referral rewards or creator bonuses;
10.3 attack, overload, probe or try to break the Interface or its systems;
10.4 defraud, mislead or impersonate anyone; or
10.5 help anyone else do any of the above.
11 Third-Party Services
The Interface relies on services run by others, including pump.fun, PumpSwap, PumpPortal, Solana, your wallet, and our hosting and data providers. Their own terms apply to you. Glaze is not responsible for them, for their availability, or for any loss they cause.
12 Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Interface, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. Sections 5, 6, 9, 11, 13, 14 and 15 continue to apply after that.
13 Warranty Disclaimers
YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE, INCLUDING THE REWARDS PROGRAM, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS.
WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE AVAILABLE, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, THAT ANY INFORMATION ON IT IS ACCURATE, OR THAT ANY COIN WILL KEEP ANY VALUE.
14 Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, GLAZE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
15 Indemnification
You will cover Glaze against claims, losses and costs that come from your use of the Interface, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
16 General
16.1 Operator. Glaze is not yet a registered company. These Terms will name the operator and the law that governs them once it is.
16.2 Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Interface. If a part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
16.3 Notices. We give notices by posting them on the Interface or on our X account.
